Track Facts
Autodromo Jose Carlos Pace, known previously as just Interlagos, is located within its former namesakes neighbourhood of Interlagos in Sao Paulo, Brazil. Building started in 1938 and it was first raced in May 1940. It currently holds the Brazilian Formula One Grand Prix. Like many tracks the modern circuit isn't as it started out and stands at 2.677 mi long - nearly half the original circuits 4.975 mi length.
